This humungous jack-o-lantern pumpkin will be on display in Hong Kong’s Times Square shopping mall until Oct. 31 where it’ll continue to attract shoppers, children and families with its festiveness. In Hong Kong, Halloween is actually more commercialized than in America! Nearly every store celebrates the holiday by putting out decorations and selling related goods. ♦

WFTV-TV anchor Barbara West in Orlando stirred controversy in her recent interview with Sen. Joe Biden. When she asked Biden, “How is Obama not Marxist … ?” Biden responded with, “Are you joking? Is this a joke?” setting off the beginnings of a media frenzy. West assured Biden that it was a real question.

As the partner of an Asian American, one of my most enlightening realizations in recent years has been the underrepresentation of the Asian American community in this nation. Therefore, it is my duty to support one candidate for U.S. Congress: Darcy Burner.
