Samuel Cha
Samuel Cha joined the Regal Financial Bank as a Senior Vice President and Small Business Administration (SBA) Business Development Officer on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
Regal Financial Bank is a locally-owned community bank headquartered in downtown Seattle, specializing in working with businesses.

Mr. Cha has nearly 20 years of financial services experience, ranging from credit risk management to regulatory compliance. He has deep experience in the market, having served in a number of senior credit development and portfolio management roles with local banks.
Mr. Cha earned his M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. (end)
