This year’s Seattle Night Market and Autumn Moon Festival, held Saturday, Sept. 22, from 6–12 p.m., will be moved to Union Station Plaza from the traditional Hing Hay Park location. The fourth Night Market hosted by the Chinatown–International District Business Improvement Area, the event is one of many popular Asian night markets being held in the country.
This year’s market will feature outdoor vintage craft vendors, street food, and live performances from local DJs. Seattle JK POP! DJs Bishie, Baby Love Crash, and Hojo will be performing from 8–10 p.m. after which DJs from Bollywood Dreams Entertainment will play.
Held in conjunction with the Autumn Moon Festival, market-goers will be able to sample a variety of mooncakes as well as experience the lanterns and dancing normally associated with the holiday. (end)
