Lloyd Hara
King County Assessor Lloyd Hara has established an Endowed Graduate Student Support Fund at the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Affairs. The support fund is aimed at students who have academic merit, who are from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and who have experience with diverse cultures. The fund is also aimed at students committed to public service and working in local government. Hara, a graduate of the Evans School, has entrusted the selection of the award winners to the Dean of the Evans School. (end)
