Musician and composer Eyvind Kang will join the Cornish College of the Arts’ music department as an adjunct professor. Kang, a Cornish alumnus, has released many albums of his compositions as a violinist and violist, including “Grass” and “The Narrow Garden.” Clarinetist Peggy Dees is also joining the faculty as an adjunct professor. Dees earned her HMA in Clarinet Performance from Florida State University. Kang and Dees will start with the faculty in the fall. (end)
