In honor of our 30th anniversary, we decided to organize an eco-friendly fashion show this year. We wanted for our readers to make beautiful things out of our newspapers after they’ve read them, to give our newspapers a second life and to encourage others to think of out-of-the-box ways to repurpose and recycle. KING 5′s Robert Mak talks with Northwest Asian Weekly Publisher Assunta Ng about some of the beautiful entries.
The winners of the fashion show will be announced around 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 22 at the Chinatown Seafair Parade held in the International District.
