Philip Chan was among six people who earned the 2011 Volunteer of the Year award. Chan was presented with the Bring it On Award at a ceremony held at the Women’s University Club.
Chan began volunteering with the King County Bar Association Family Law Mentor Program in January 2011. Since then, he has worked with at least five different clients in their contested family law actions.
Other winners were Aaron Albright, Brenda Canada, Zeshan Khan, Abbey Perkins, and Brian Starr. (end)
