July 23: Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot opens in Bellevue

Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot employees and special guests cut the ribbon at the restaurant’s grand opening

At 1411 156th Ave. N.E., suite A, in Bellevue is a new restaurant, Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot. The location is the very first in the state and the seventh in the country. Little Sheep first opened in 1999 in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. Today it has more than 400 locations worldwide.

Special guests at the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony included Lt. Gov. Brad Owen, Bellevue Deputy Major Conrad Lee, and Washington General Warren Chinn. ♦
