June 7: Children’s Alliance raises $85,000 at awards luncheon

The Children’s Alliance raised $85,000 to protect children at its 2011 Voice for Children Awards Luncheon held at Seattle Center.

This year’s awardees were Executive Director of the Washington State Budget & Policy Center Remy Trupin, the  Racial Equity Team (RET), and Bianca Bailey.

Children’s Alliance is an advocate for kids. It ensures that laws, policies, and programs work for kids. ♦
