Joel Ing
Gov. Chris Gregoire appointed Joel Ing to the Washington State Public Stadium Authority, which is the entity responsible for representing and protecting the public’s interests in Qwest Field, Qwest Event Center, and its parking garage.
Joel Ing is a workforce housing developer at Shelter Resources, Inc., in Bellevue. Previously, he worked at two different northwest affordable housing development firms, was a public finance investment banker, and was a credit analyst. Ing earned a master’s degree in arts in public policy from Duke University and bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. ♦
