Charles Staadecker, a local businessman, is seriously thinking about running for mayor of Seattle.
“Why?” I asked.
The mayor, Mike McGinn, has done a couple of things while in office, he said.
“Name one,” I asked.
“Well, he unites the Seattle City Council together,” Staadecker replied. The mayor’s anti-tunnel stance and other issues have drawn the City Council to fight against him.
“Oh, I see!” ♦
