    To Whom It May Concern,

    I am writing to you on behalf of the University of Washington Re-Writing Difficult Dialogues class.

    I submitted an event earlier about our performance Ribbons to Roots: The Threads that (Un) Bind Us;
    However, one of our venue sponsors has canceled our reservation.
    They made a mistake and double booked us with another group,
    so now we have to change one of our performance date and place.

    I hope you would help us to deliver this information with your readers.
    I’m very sorry about that and thank you so much!

    Best,
    Kai-Hsin Chen (Kathy)
    The PR Committee of Re-Writing Difficult Dialogues
    University of Washington

      Kathy–
      When you know, can you send me updated info on the event venue and date? For now, I have to pull the event from this coming week’s cal.

      Thanks!
      Stacy
